Select Text in a Table

Tab - To select the next cell of the table.
 Shift + Tab - To select the previous cells of the table.
Shift + Alt + Page Down - To select the entire column from the upper cell.
Shift + Alt + Page Up - To select the whole column from the bottom cell.
 Alt + 5 on the numeric keypad (with Num Lock off) - To select the table.

Apply Paragraph Formatting

Ctrl + 1- to set single line spacing.
Ctrl + 2 - To set double line spacing.
Ctrl + 5 - for setting one and a half line spacing.
Ctrl + 0 - In 2 paragraphs to give one line space.
Ctrl + E- sets a paragraph in the middle.

Ctrl + J- To give a paragraph a justified alignment.
 Ctrl + R- Right alignment of a paragraph.
Ctrl + L- Left alignment for a paragraph.
Ctrl + M- To give indents from the left side
Ctrl + Shift + M- To exclude paragraph indents from the left.
Ctrl + T- Hanging for giving indent.
 Ctrl + Shift + T- To reduce hanging indent.
Ctrl + Q- To remove paragraph formatting.

Perform a Mail Merge

Alt + shift + K-Mail to display the merge.
Alt + Shift + N-For the document to be merged.
Alt + Shift + M- To print the merged document.
Alt + Shift + E-mail to edit the merged data document.
Alt + shift + F- To insert a merging field.
