Ms Word Shortcut Keys

Create New, save, view and print documents :

Ctrl + N - Start a new document.
Ctrl + O - Open dialog box.
Ctrl + W - Turn off Active Documents.
Ctrl + S - Save or save the document.
Ctrl + P - To display or print the print dialog box
Alt + Ctrl + I - How many pages to print or how to display a print preview
Alt + Ctrl + P - To display the print layout.
Alt + Ctrl + O - To display the outline view.
Alt + Ctrl + N - To display the draft view.

Edit and Move Text and Graphics:

Backspace - To delete a letter from the left side.
Ctrl + Backspace - To delete a word from the left side.
Delete - To delete a letter from the right day.
Ctrl + Delete - To delete a word from the right.
Ctrl + Z - To cancel the last action.
Ctrl + C - To copy the selected text.
Ctrl + X - To cut selected text.
Ctrl + V - For copying / pasting text.
Alt + Shift + R - To copy the previous part of the header or footer.
Ctrl + Alt + V - To display the Paste Special dialog box.
Ctrl + Shift + V - just for formatting paste.
